By registering for, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Services

TailorAI is an AI-powered business automation platform that provides:

• AI Productivity Studios: Text, Image, Video, and Audio content creation tools.
• Business Agents: Pre-built and customizable AI agents for Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Vertical Research.
• Professional Services (Custom Deployments): Custom integration of AI agents into enterprise environments (e.g., CRM, Odoo ERP, n8n workflows).

2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

To provide secure and compliant payment processing globally, we partner with Paddle.

By purchasing subscriptions or pre-paid credits through our Platform, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to our Terms.

3. Account Registration & Safety

• Account Creation: You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Any activities under your account are your responsibility.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions, Prepaid Balances, and Billing

• Subscription Plans: We offer Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prepaid Balance (Fuel System): You may purchase prepaid credits (Credits) to fund custom agent usage or professional services.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscription plans or credits at any time, with prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Policy

• For certain subscription tiers, TailorAI utilizes a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model.
• Under this model, you must supply your own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• API Cost Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all usage charges and billing accrued directly on your third-party API accounts. TailorAI does not cover, monitor, or manage third-party API billing.
• Key Security: Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. They are used exclusively to process your requests.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Platform Ownership: Cybeasy retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the TailorAI Platform, including software code, UI design, trademarks, and pre-built agents.
• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of all inputs (data, prompts) you feed into the platform and all outputs (generated texts, images, code, audio, videos) produced by the AI models, subject to the licensing terms of the respective AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Custom Built Agents: For Custom Deployments (Professional Services), ownership rights of custom integration files, workflows, and integrations will be governed by the specific service contract signed between Cybeasy and the client company.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform or its custom agents.
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or rate-limiting controls of the Platform.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading B2B sales outreach or spam campaigns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cybeasy and its resellers (including Paddle) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the Service.
2. The performance, latency, downtime, or output accuracy of third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
3. Unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cairo, Egypt.
