Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing TailorAI (https://TailorAi.me/). Because our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders, and they process payments, tax compliance, and handle returns/refunds in coordination with our support team.

We want to ensure a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy for both our individual and enterprise customers.


1. Subscription Plans (SaaS)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) at any time through your account billing panel or by contacting Paddle support.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform features until the billing period concludes.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Outages or Technical Errors: If you experience documented technical failure or platform downtime that prevented you from using the Service, you may request a refund by emailing info@TailorAi.me within 14 days of the billing event.

 

2. Prepaid Credits (Fuel System)

Prepaid credits (Credits) purchased to fund custom agent executions or extra tokens are subject to the following terms:

  • Unused Credits: You may request a refund for unused pre-paid credits within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that transaction have been consumed.
  • Consumed Credits: Once any portion of a credit bundle is used to run AI tasks or queries, the entire transaction becomes non-refundable.

 

3. Professional Services & Custom Deployments

  • Setup/Development Fee: Fees paid for building custom AI agents (Standard or Enterprise), integrations (Odoo ERP, CRM), or custom n8n workflows are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
  • Before Work Starts: If you change your mind before our team begins configuring your workspace or custom workflows, you may request a full refund of the setup fee within 7 days of payment.
  • Ongoing Maintenance/SLA Agreements: Monthly maintenance agreements (SLA) can be canceled with a 30-day notice. Unused portions of the current month are non-refundable.

 

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your Paddle Transaction ID (found in the receipt email sent by Paddle.com).
  2. Email your refund request to info@TailorAi.me or contact Paddle Customer Support directly at Paddle Support (https://paddle.net).
  3. Include your account email address, transaction ID, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.
  4. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
