  • API Configurations (BYOK): If you utilize the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) features, you provide your API keys for third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). These keys are encrypted at rest and in transit and are used solely to authenticate requests with these providers on your behalf.

B. Usage and Interaction Data

  • User-Generated Inputs: Prompts, documents, settings, and guidelines that you feed to the AI agents.
  • System Logs: IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, and other diagnostic data to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain user sessions and preferred language configurations. We also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Events Manager) to optimize marketing campaigns.
